There are currently 25 one-acre parcels and two larger lots available within the Park for purchase or lease (see the tax lot map). All are DEQ pre-approved and construction-ready with infrastructure in place.

Due to the proximity of the airport, FAA safety regulations only require that solar fixtures (and roofing materials in general) have a non-reflective surface.
