Single-phase 120/240V and three-phase 480V is available to all commercial/industrial park sites. The utility supplier is the Oregon Trail Electric Co-op which purchases it's electrical distribution from the federal Bonneville Power Administration.

With energy rates of $.06493/KWh - some of the least expensive commercial energy available anywhere in the nation - Grant County industries enjoy a substantial savings in operating costs.

Water/Wastewater

The cities supply water and process wastewater for the industrial parks. The installations are designed to handle commercial/industrial applications of all types. All services are DEQ pre-approved and construction-ready for site development.

Telecommunications

High-speed DSL connections and telecommunication bundles are provided by CenturyTel Inc. and Oregon Telephone Corp. Like the other infrastructure components, each installation is scaleable to meet the higher demand for data transfer as businesses grow.
